Cassandra- what a wonderful job of description of California. Unlike Indiana and Iowa presented by others in your class, I’ve been to California twice. I’ve driven over the Golden Gate bridge. It was in the fog that day so I only saw the bottom half. Between the two cities- San Francisco and San Diego – I enjoyed San Diego a bit more.

One attraction that I would recommend that vacationers consider would be the island of Alcatraz famous for the prison. It is a very popular tourist spot and was surprisingly beautiful. I’m sure the prisoners might not have thought it nice. If any of your audience decides to visit California based on this podcast, please them know you should buy tickets for this attraction online well before they go.

Thanks again for your good work.

Cassandra you did a great job!! I think that you did a lot of excellent research. Before I heard your podcast I just thought California was a place where the movie stars lived but I guess I was wrong, I loved learning about about how California and how it has the largest tree in the world! I also thought your it was very interesting was that half fruits and vegtables come from California, i can make a connection with my state, because mostly all of the corn that you eat comes from Iowa. I think that you spoke very clearly and I was engaged in your podcast. You ,made your podcast so cool. I just can't wait to go to California. It sounds like you have been there before. I think you did the best!! Keep up the good work!

Cassandra,
You did a wonderful job researching, writing and delivering your podcast! Your voice inflection made it easy for me to listen to, because you really spoke so well. I have visited California several times. It is one of my favorite places to visit. Listening to you speak about it made me want to go back there again. I especially loved Yosemite National Park. We hiked a trail with a waterfall and a fabulous surprise awaited us at the top - a beautiful rainbow! I loved how you described the Golden Gate bridge because it is so wonderful to see. I took a ferry across the water and the view of the bridge looked so beautiful.

Cassandra, you included great facts and presented them in a very appealing way. You also had a great ending. I can't wait to go back to California. My son is moving there this summer, so I know I'll be planning my visit soon.

Nice job,
Mrs. Dlott

That was very good Cassandra. I couldn't belive it when you said that Californa produses most half of the fruits and veggies of the U.S.A.! That is so cool.

Also that you wouldn't have to go to the store, you could just live on fish.

I thought that Califona was all about movie stars and all that but it is way more than that!

You were very clear with your voice and you did really good.

If I could choose one nummber from one to ten about how good you described Califona, it would be a 10.

Very Nice,
PJH :-)

Cassandra,
Your podcast was fantastic! I could visulize everything you talked about.
I have seen the widest tree in the world, but not the tallest. I can't wait to book my next flight to California to see that tree!
It's amazing that California produces half of the friuts and vegtables in the US. My state, Minnesota only produces 75% of the country's iron ore.
You spoke very clearly, and I understainded everything. I think your wait was worth it. I also think you thought it was worth it too.
Hearing my classmates'(you too)podcasts is a inperation for me when I do my podcast.

from your student,
Sarai

PS You did great! Good job!

Cassandra,
What an informative 2+ minutes I just spent listening to your podcast. I thought only us New Englanders could get good seafood , but now I know I am wrong. It's sounds like a terrific place to get a seafood salad with all those wonderful fruits and vegetables produced as well. I know how excited you were to record your podcast. Now I know why.
